  : Only thing I can say I liked about the property was the location.
  : The unit have a BIG ROACH ISSUE!!!!! We were greeted by roaches from the time we walked in the door. I immediately allied the manager over the problem. She said she couldn’t do anything until the morning. I then went to CVS and bought Roach bombs and spray. I bombed the unit and still didn’t feel comfortable staying there. About 3 hours after bombing the Roaches were back. The manager sent maintenance out the next morning and they sprayed with Ortho Max and another guy spraying with something in a big silver spray canister. That did not work either. Yet again they were back several hours later. I felt so disgusted along with my guest. And it was also very embarrassing. I slept with sweats on from head to toe. And since returning home I have yet to bring any of my bags or anything I had with me into my home. Because I’m scared they may be in my belongings and they may get in my home. The place in general is an okay place. But the Roach infestation made this stay horrible. They need to take this unit, the and the ones below off the market for rental and do a major fumigation after taking all furniture out and throwing it out. And removing all cabinetry. They were living inside all of the cabinets in the house. And possibly in the walls and duct. Do NOT stay here until the issue is corrected.

  : Walking distance to the beach. Good AC. Good size bedrooms.
  : Definitely not what I expected! The condo is run down. Corroded outlets, bathroom fans/extractors not working, uncomfortable mattresses. Balcony doors don’t slide all the way. Balcony door is missing outside handle. There is a hole and corrosion. Definitely hazardous. An accident waiting to happen, especially with little ones. Mold on ceiling from what looks like a previous leak. Crack running across several tiles on floor. ROACHES in kitchen. Even crawling on inside refrigerator door seal. Located on third floor. TVs not working because owner didn’t pay cable bill and discontinued service.No elevators, therefore very difficult carrying suitcases, bags, ice chests, beach accessories, etc up and down the stairs. This was highway robbery and not worth all the money We paid for it!
