  : The pool .
  : Management was super bad , since I did the booking . Manager or personal was not understandable cancelled the booking on us when heading that way , I begged him for him not to and he only did it with a condition , me doing what he asked for . He charged us $200 and some $ for 2 extra persons . He was super demanding and he wanted to intimidate us . Never again staying at this condo .

  : You can tell it wasnt super clean stains in the bed linens and sand and stains in toilet and bathroom floor.It also states beach access and its not true you have to walk a LOT and leave your car at a diff parking lot

  : pools, key lock check in, two bathrooms, spacious layout of condo. Close to everything!
  : It did not seem like it had been cleaned very well before check in. There was a big hair ball on top of shower drain and a hair tie with hairs all in the shower in the king room. The condo was older and things were kind of old looking, marks on the walls, peeling bathroom cabinets. There was a musty smell in condo. Besides this though, we are used to jersey shore places so besides the unclean shower the oldness of some of the stuff did not bother us as the rest of the place was clean and really it just needed a new paint job and some updates.

  : The condo was nice and had everything that we needed within normal. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the hallway toilet did not flush properly. Everytime we needed to go to the restroom we had to wait about 45 minutes to be able to flush the toilet again after someone used it. Also we texted the host in regard to this issue and never received a response.

  : I liked that the room was conveniently close to the beach and the Waterpark.
  : I was pretty disappointed with the communication from the owner of the property. My family and I arrived at our location promptly at 4pm (check in time) and was unable to get into our room until two hours later (6:15) when the owner finally decided to get to the phone and assist with unlocking the door. We were left STRANDED during that time with no communication from the owners. After that, we kept getting locked out every time we left outside of the room. I've had to contact the owner on numerous occasions for this. At one point during our stay, we had no choice but to leave our room unlocked so that we could get back in later. I've asked for some sort of reimbursement for those hours of being stranded, and the wife offered me late check out, but when it was time to check out, i received a notice stating that my family and i had to leave at 10am. So I was not accommodated for the inconvenience. Instead of going back and forth, i just decided to leave because this whole situation was headache enough. Furthermore, some of the appliances and light fixtures were broken. The springs on the right side of the king-sized bed were also broken, which left for a very uncomfortable sleeping experience. If the owner could fix the bed, communicate better, and fix the locking and unlocking situation, then I think this would have been a little bit better of an experience.

  : The room was dirty. I contacted the owner, and he knew that the room was dirty. He said is going to send someone to clean and never did. When arriving the room, the owner called me in face time saying is going to show me the room. I think that's a violation of my privacy.
