  : Very difficult to like anything about it. What was convenient was the walk in shower as I did have my 100 year old grandmother with me.
  : Do not rent the condo! The condo itself is out dated not to mention the refrigerator was not working. We had purchased over $180 of food and it was spoiled. The company that manages the condo was made aware and 2 days later- they sent someone to go fix it. The mechanic mentioned this refrigerator has been not working for weeks given the fixed solid ice in the freezer. Additionally- the room was not equipped with cable nor internet. Since the owners are from out of the country, they do not come in regularly to set up things like this. Huge inconvenience. Not to mention the cooking extractor does not work. When you turn it on- it make an awful loud noise. So when you do cook in the condo- be prepared for the entire condo to smell like food. Additionally, the microwave was not working appropriately. When you preheat a meal- it only heats half of the plate. When you need to exchange towels, you have to drive about 2 miles to get fresh towels and not enough towels are left in the condo making the renter have to go and exchange towels every two days. Huge inconvenience the entire stay! Bot worth the money. This condo(ROOM 606) is not ready to be rented out. Will never return again, worst stay on the island.

  : The room was clean had everything we would need and the balcony view which over viewed the sunset and bridge going back also could see all the building lights still being able to hear how close the ocean was to us.
  : The only thing i didnt like about this place is how pressed the maintenance/security guys were about needing the bracelet to enter the building which was supposedly 30$ but bumped down to 25$ instead.

  : The only complaint I would have is that the Wi-Fi name and password that we were supplied with was wrong or had been changed or something. Which I didn't really have a problem with, but when you have kids, most of their devices are useless without Wi-Fi... Oh and also there was no curtain on the sliding door leading into the balcony so the sun would just beam right onto your face while you were watching TV.

  : The pool was really great. You could see the fireworks from the balcony. The man at the office was very polite and promptly helped out with some of the problems we were experiencing. Sent someone to fix the toilet and a knob on the stove. Had a place to rinse off things if you were covered in sand.
  : The room was dirty. It had pee on the wall in the restroom, the toilet was broken, the tv in the bedroom did not work. The coffee pot leaked, and two burners on the stove didn't work. There was a bloody booger on the wall in the bedroom, and the pull out sofa bed had chips inside the bed. The floors were so dirty you had black soles walking around. They said they would send a cleaning crew to help clean up, no one showed up except the maintenance man to fix the broken toilet and stove. For the price this was not worth it.

  : The Wi-Fi was not working on the cable box in the room the Wi-Fi would not connect to any of our phones the toilet wasn't working there was no water pressure the condo is dirty there's dust everywhere boogers that you could tell been there forever. I want to go get the bracelets to go to the pool and I had to run around the whole complex looking for somebody to hand them to me cuz the lady in the front office couldn't.
