  : The condo was outdated and not clean and no amenities. No papertowels,ice etc. This property needs a total renovation to be charging that amount.

  : Location. Staffed tried to help with difficulties in condo issues that effected the quality of our stay.
  : The original booked condo was not available due to a flood they said. we were not notified before our stay. There was no internet. They had to get us on the neighboring units wifi. No instruction to using door key pad or wifi password. Air conditioning leaked on floor below. We were called at midnight, and my husband removed ice, and identified a cracked pan.The maintenance man came the following day, and it was not repairable. We were moved again. We didn't find the bed comfy, no extra blanket. No mop. No dawn dish soap, no sponge for kitchen care. The floor was always damp from humidity. I felt adequate linens should have been in the room for the number of days and people. It is not convenient to go exchange at a different location. And then the exchange hours were only 9 till 12. It's easy to miss that window. It was disappointing. They offered a discount at my request. It was only 10% and I don't know how or when we will get that. The receptionist said it will come from the owner, but I don't know if we are dealing with the same owner we started with.
