  : the new beach was wonderful
  : no table/chairs in the room, only one table and chairs for all the rooms on the upper balcony to share outside was ridiculous. especially when no one had a table in their room. with the discontinued free breakfast there was no means to even make toast for ourselves in our room, we had to ask for tissues, napkins, dish soap, knife, dish towel. That portion was very disappointing. the reception addition is nice for those that use it, however it completely blocked our view of the lake.

  : The location, especially for viewing sunsets, is unmatched. The bluff and the nice seating area make the stay worth it. The updates and painting to the outside of the buildings since our last stay looks lovely. Our room was clean.
  : Our room was disappointing. I would like to give a better review since it was clean, but it really felt like we were staying in a little roadside motel that was last updated 30 years ago. The air conditioner kicked off and on all night, so we did not sleep much either.

  : The bed linens had stains we went to the store and bought new sheets and a comforter. There was trash under the bed ,cob webs dead bugs ,dirt on the bathroom trim the room was extremely small for the price we paid . The bathroom mirror was cracked . Mold in the shower door frame .they have 2 campers in the back I think people live in them by the maintenance building. There also was a hammock and tarp not sure if someone is living in the woods or what you can see toliets and a bunch of stuff sitting outside the maintenance area . The walls were paper thin I could hear the man in the next room snoring. It was over priced

  : We love this property! Right on Lake Michigan and the outdoor pool overlooking the Bluff. The rooms are perfect for us and we love the picnic tables outside each door. We gather there for meals but have our own private rooms. We look forward to our time there every year! Staff is wonderful too!!!

  : The view, clean and comfortable beds, extremely friendly and professional staff. We missed our alarms on the last day and were given an extra hour to shower and pack for our trip home
  : Dirty coffee maker, old coffee pouches in room, bugs on webs inside room in several places, dirty floor in room (made the bottoms of my white socks brown/black on the first day), defective window blinds controls on sliding patio door.

  : I loved the lower level by the bluff, and the staff was wonderful. I liked that their was a playground, and that their was easy access to both our car and the grounds.
  : There was only one outlet that we could find which is a bit of a problem with the need to hook up a medical device. The paint on the floor of the little pool was coming off. It was not clear what size the beds were which made it a bit of a shock when coming in with 4 people to a full size bed. The key did not work to the door on the grounds side.

  : Close to the main road in the area . The management contacted us to make sure of our arrival time.
  : The bed mattress was not the best . Some of the towels were stained. Also the sink was extremely low on soap.
