  : The location was good. The beds were comfortable. It was good to have a refrigerator, that worked well. There was a microwave, which was very clean, which we never used. There was a rec room with good Internet connection, which we used every day.. the laundry facilities, or accessible and useful.
  : There were no housekeeping services, we had to change our own bedding and go to the office for towels. There was not even a paper towel in the room. We even had to go get toilet paper every few days. On that note, we were there for two weeks, and the room was not even vacuumed.. we understand that nobody went into our room, and that offered us some security, but nevertheless, a two weeks stay should’ve had some kind of housekeeping. There was no air conditioner, the fan that was provided did not blow air- my husband took it apart and cleaned it to get it to work. The door to the room had to be left open to provide some kind of ventilation. The lights over the stairway didn’t come on until 2 hours after nightfall. It was very dangerous.
