  : The staff was friendly. I liked that you could text the front desk.
  : The pool was out of order for our entire trip. This was the main reason we booked this property. We received multiple explanations for why the pool was not able to be opened. Eventually, someone told us that they were waiting for the water samples to come back and be approved. Then we were told that this had been going on for more than a week, which is pretty illogical in the month of July for a family friendly hotel, and no discounts or offers were made. We had a lot of smaller issues as well, such as the coffee machine in our room didn’t work and I had to text the front desk multiple times to ask maintenance to come and replace it. There was no fan in the bathroom, and the hot water took 15 or so minutes to get hot. The TV in the main area of the room kept cutting out when my husband tried to watch it. The carpet was fairly stained throughout our room. While normally a few of these things would not bother me, and I would not bother to write a review mentioning them, the number of “small” issues that we experienced did detract from our stay as a whole.
