  : All the front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful. My in room safe did not work. I told the front desk about it and was told it would be fixed. It was never fixed and they never got back to me.

  : The hotel was easy to reach from the cruise boat we were on and convenient to all the stores and restaurants in the city. The bed was comfortable and the room satisfactory. We were able to store our luggage there until check-in time. There was a free shuttle to the airport.
  : Breakfast was minimal and poorly stocked. I slept very poorly. This really wasn't the hotel's fault. But, there was a party in the parking lot next to the hotel that was extremely loud and lasted until at least 2:30 a.m. Lots of loud conversations and blaring music. I had the window open initially to get some cooler air but had to close it to cut down on the noise. It was still too noisy to sleep, plus then the room got hot. Again, this is not the fault of the hotel, but if you stay here you need to be aware that this can happen.

  : The breakfast was sub -par. Didn't even offer bread for toast even thought there was a toaster. I would not consider what they offered "breakfast offered."
  : Our room was facing where delivery trucks frequent so was extremely noisy due to trucks and people taking smoking breaks. Our window was right above the favorite employee smoking area so our room filled with smoke if we left the window open. The bed was extremely soft and too small for two people. By the 3rd night I could not wait to check out.

  : Hotel is located in a prime location being walkable to multiple restaurants, historic sites, and shops. Hotel room itself was clean. Bed was pretty comfortable.
  : Kitchen area was somewhat dirty and wasnt stocked well. Front desk staff werent super friendly, which was disappointing.
