  : This house is very spacious and comfortable set in a relatively good location. Hoodoo was about 20 minutes away with good road conditions. Sisters was quick enough to get to for coffee, food, a little shopping. There was plenty of room for adults and teens. The teens loved having the whole downstairs with games, a TV, bunks, bathroom and a bedroom. The upstairs was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub, sauna, games and bikes were all great added amenities. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Easy access to friendly assistance. Check in was quick and easy.
  : The house is in dire need of some attention, maintenance and more thoughtful guest information. Though it is seemingly intentional, doors and windows need covered! The main bathroom that is accessible from the outside by the hot tub has a door with a large uncovered window, leading into a high traffic hallway that includes the washer/dryer and sauna, and of course the bathroom itself with a toilet and a large walk in shower(very poor drain) with NO DOOR and a very large mirror that can be seen from outside or walking in from the inside hallway. There are very few window coverings throughout the house as well as all glass doors in the bedrooms with no cover/curtains. The other upstairs bathroom is accessible from 2 doors, only one locks. Many of the door knobs/latches do not feel completely tightened, the door locks are small and the only way you know they are really locked is by opening the door and checking the knob from both sides. Misc handles/knobs on some furniture and one of the half window/doors is missing. A key on the counter with no label, instructions to leave heat at certain temperatures, but no visible thermostat. Only baseboard heaters and heat disc, and a gas fireplace, again with no indication of where the controls to it are, and FYI the top grate gets hot! The kitchen counter has a corner with a nail sticking out. The large ceiling fan was on upon arrival, but no switch connected to turn it off, as well as a light to it that was not able to be turned on. We did contact someone about it and though they were friendly and helpful, we were told that maintenance would be contacted, but nothing was ever done beyond that. There were bikes, sleds, misc.as well as a dirt bike in the garage, but no mention of guest use access. The dirt bike, common sense obviously is a no, but the fact that it is sitting next to a ping pong table with a helmet and a gas can, not the safest.
