: No central AC, no AC throughout the building/common areas except the private guest rooms, a number of maintenance issues.

: The property was very clean, in a fun neighborhood of Seattle, and nearby great restaurants.
: It was hot outside and there is only AC in the individual units and the lounge. We were 3 people so we needed 2 rooms. There is no front desk or staff person you can speak to directly on site unless you run into the one person who comes and goes when there is an issue. Check in with 2 rooms was complicated and would have been easier with help. We had issues with one door and one AC unit and both took long phone calls to an international staff who couldn’t really help from a far. It made the stay less than desirable.

: The whole team was very hospitable and careful, specially regarding shipments to the hotel. Me and my family are very thankful for the care.
: Unfortunately, there were no elevators, therefore it was required to carry luggage over stairs. To be honest it was not an issue per se.

: It was clean and modern and the location was great for my purposes.
: The sink and shower were right next to the bed! The shower drained all over. The lights were clearly designed by a man, because they were horrible for putting on makeup. It felt as though they squeezed in as many rooms as possible to the property for maximum profit with little thought for comfort or convenience. There was not even a chair in the room. Only one of the three window shades opened. The “convenience” of no staff and electronic check in also means there is no staff to address the issues with the room. It just feels like a money grab by cutting services and amenities and squeezing in as many bodies as possible. I will NEVER stay with this company again, ever.

: - Very clean and tidy hotel.- Comfortable bed.- Airconditioning worked well.- Great location at the heart of Capitol Hill. Close to most nightlife venues without any noise from it.
: - Room is very tiny. Difficult to even store own luggage in the room.- Shower did not work properly and could not be repaired during our stay. We were offered an alternative room and a financial compensation, so that is pretty nice of the hotel.- There is mostly no personnel available on the premises. From check-in to check-out, including access to the building itself, everything works with door codes that you receive per e-mail.- Seattle is an expensive city, so also this hotel is on the pricy side.
