: Poor arrangement for key delivery resulted in us not gaining access to the apartment until after 2 days and having to find alternate accommodation for the first 2 nights. We demanded a refund for the 2 days we were unable to access, but only received a small refund. In the dialogue surrounding the refund, we also experienced that the request was delayed by being passed around the system. There was also a lot of hassle before the stay with signing agreements, payment, and identity confirmation. Some of this could not be done digitally, and I had to call to resolve it. Although the apartment itself is okay, everything around it is completely hopeless. Therefore, never rent this apartment if you want a hassle-free stay in Seattle!

: I loved the location of the property and the view.
: I didnt like that it was deceiving about having a washer and dryer it didnt say you had to pay to use them.. The was fully clean upon arrival. Some of the linen was dirty. The sponge they gave us in the kitchen was already used so we had to buy one. They had fans in the room it still would get hot we had to open the windows Im was surprised they didnt have window screens to keep bugs out if opened the windows. For as much as we paid, the room shouldve been cleaned properly.

: The property are closed to Starbucks brew and roast facility and its closed walking distance to seattle most visit places.
: its saids for 6 person but, its not very confortable for 6. Also we dont find sheets for sofa bed, the carpet is has a lot of stains and its not very clean.
