: People and staff were friendly. Good location for the price.
: The pool was closed during peak summer days. Breakfast was very limited and set up terribly (had to walk back and forth past the really only hot breakfast item, waffles, that always had a line. No quick grab items for breakfast. The one day they had biscuits and gravy the gravy was not opposite the biscuits. Rooms need minor maintenance but not critical

: They asked for a cash deposit of $100.00 (no credit card). We had to leave in the early morning. And they didn't return my deposit. They said they would send it by mail. But it never happened. I messaged them. They said they sent the money. However, you can't send cash by mail. And of course I never got the money. I messaged them again and never answered my messages.

: The place I think is being renovated but in the meantime they shouldn’t rent out rooms that there was only one of 4 lights attached to the bed that worked. We were on our way back to Michigan via Seattle after a cruise so I had not taken slippers so I was bare foot in the room, floor did feel a little gritty but when I got into bed I showed my husband the bottom of my feet they were filthy so the floors were really bad. The linens were very nice and white so I didn’t feel bad about sleeping on the bed. Got up in morning had to let the water run 5 minutes for hot water but pressure was good. So grabbed the hairdryer hanging on the wall it didn’t work so checked it wasn’t plugged in so unplugged either the microwave or refrigerator and plugged in hair dryer still didn’t work. Went to the office clerk looked all over no hair dryer to be had. I was angry because we were getting ready to come home so I said we should be get something off the room for inconvenience. He said no I booked online with Booking.com so there wasn’t anything he could do. Never had such an awful stay in my life. I told him I was going to give an honest review and I am. Never again will I do a booking like this.
