  : The location was good but that is all the average rate is 6 because of the location.
  : very dirty they didn't clean up the floor and refrigerator. we need to go to Walmart and buy cleaning stuff and clean everything before using it. also, the sofa was really dirty. the smell was very bad. In the bathroom, there was a big hole next shower booth I think fly was from there. the room is for 4 people but the chair for a table was only 3. Oh, one thing was funny that the sink. I tried to turn the water tap and the whole body was turned. I do not recommend this house for family trips or people who are sensitive about cleanness. Just spend a little more money then you will have a perfect vacation!

  : The location was perfect. The air conditioning worked well. The beds were comfy. The balcony was nice.
  : It could have been a bit more well maintained. The check in process took a while. Good enough for a 1 night stay.

  : location was great very close to boardwalk and beach but the upkeep of the place is terrible It was not a good experience will not be going back

  : I liked the tile floor (instead of carpet). The floor was filthy. It needed a real good mopping!!
