  : It didnt smell fresh when we first came in. The air wasnt on when we arrived and it was very hot out. Two ac units didnt work well at all. My one child the bed she slept in by her self. she woke up with a lot of bite marks. Office closes at 9 pm and no one to contact. When I complained to the office he was rude about it took my phone number but not my name and said the owner will call me. Its three days later and still no call from the owner also not enough towels nor sheets for two sofa beds. The sheets we had didnt seem fresh at all. We have a kitchen and no pots spoons etc. what is the point of vacation with a kitchen when u have to buy everything for the kitchen because I didnt know it would be empty or bring it with u. Sorry thats not vacation.
  : Fresh towels and sheets couches where stained and nasty we put a sheet on it.

  : Location is GREAT, completely at one end of boardwalk but its only a block away, near Shore Store.
  : Average beach motel room; I recommend for a weekend stay!

  : close to the beach excellent location
  : Reception desk wasn't friendly at all. a men was calling on my phone by 6 pm, he was rushing me to get there to check in. I had a personal issue and I was running behind the schedule. (driving 2 hours away from the place) I finally made at 9:30 pm. the men was rude. I have been using this hotel for many years cause is very close to everything, Management before was excellent. New management is terrible.

  : Was dirty and it didn't have any equipment in kitchen Not even a broom!! Staff in office was rude but Staff other than that was nice
