: Nice service. Easy to do. Good communication.
: The condo was outdated and not very clean. For example, there was mold in the bathroom around the ceiling, as well as around the middle of the bathtub/shower combo. The tiles in the bathroom floor were coming apart. The mattress sagged and hurt my back. I was dissatisfied with the overall condition of the condo. I had excellent customer service however, and the one problem I had was readily solved. Location was good and island is beautiful.

: Shower needs to be updated, half of the outlets in Master Bedroom didn't work, many burnt out lights in both bathrooms and stairs, TV is less than adequate (may as well be looking at my cell phone), exhaust fan in Master bath would shut off after about 15 minutes of use

: It was clean they have a lot of cleaning supplies there to self clean the key was easy to find
: Wasn’t the room he booked but we made the best of it on the porch it’s flees I do understand that’s it pets around but flees do bite we went to the store to get something to spray them. It hard to park two cars one car is fine but having two if you leave and come back nowhere to park. The pool needed to be cleaned for the bugs

: We liked that the location was good, and that we got to have our pets with us. That made it all worthwhile!
: The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable, the washer was leaking, and gutters were overflowing on the back porch. There also seemed to be some kind of leak going on in the bedroom ceiling. I think this condo was a nice place to stay, but just needs a little upgrade. I would stay again.

: Good location. Pet friendly.
: Villa is old. Bathroom needs updating-bathtub has some stains & needs new shower curtain. Deck needs to be cleaned and needs new outdoor chairs.
