: The clubhouse although we were not provided instructions on getting the amenities card.
: I had to call on 3 different occasions and email three times regarding the parking pass. The property needs updating. The electrical sockets did not work, there was no WIFI, the interior trim needed to be painted, the outdoor furniture needs replacing, the property should have had beach chairs for the guests, no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, the portable fans were dirty and the one in the master bedroom did not work, faucets did not work right, and the TV was too small in the Living room. Although this was beachfront, the ad was misleading thinking this faced the ocean. Furthermore, there were no instructions or details on how we obtain an amenities card to use the clubhouse!

: The location was great. Right next to the boardwalk to the beach. The property (outside) was very well kept up and it was perfect for riding bikes.
: The condo wasn’t very clean, the table outside was covered in food bits, and the carpets needed vacuuming. Clothes from a previous occupant were in one of the drawers. The tv was really tiny (important because we were watching for a hurricane). The house really does need updating as it looks like nothing was done since it was built.

: Location was great. Outside was kept up well and not in any immediate need of anything
: The unit was very dated. The screen door and latch were in need of repair. The beds and the Pull-Out sofa mattresses were terrible and springy. Air conditioning doesn’t flow to the loft area... thank God we found the box fan to help. The outside furniture is in need of replacing. The webbing on the seats are broken and unsafe. There is supposed to be a lockable wooden exterior door at the stairs the helps to keep your belongings safe on the back deck. It is not there and there is a twin bed sheet stapled to the doorway. Ridiculous!Will never stay at unit 1308 again
