  : The condo was close to grocery-store, Maybank Farm for fresh fish and produce, bike-paths and parking for the PGA shuttle. It was very clean and we had no worries staying in the property.
  : No, grilling was allowed with threat of a $1000 fine if caught grilling out even though there was a Weber grill in photos on the website. It was on premise away from the condo near park like area beside the pool, definitely far enough away from buildings not to start a fire! Planned on grilling out every night for dinner after the PGA but could not!Many items were dated like lock box on the door, dishes, silverware, and a couch. It seemed dark inside, not as bright as photos show. Property was too expensive compared to a unit in the same building that my brother reserved for the same week.

  : We cooked breakfast in the apartment from food we purchased from Market grocery store.
  : The double bed was squeaky and the shower head was not the best. It should be replaced, because it was leaking and the pressure could not adjust too well.
