The 60-room property features 40 suites and 20 guestrooms with access to the main Phoenician resort's amenities. Each room includes a balcony or patio, complimentary Wi-Fi, a 55-inch flat-screen television, and a large bathroom with a separate tub and shower.

Built-in power and USB ports are included in bedroom nightstands. Dining options include J&G Steakhouse presenting classic steakhouse fare for dinner; the American cuisine of Mowry & Cotton for breakfast lunch and dinner; as well as the polished pub grub of The Phoenician Tavern serving lunch and dinner.
