  : Great value, clean & comfortable.
  : A few of the staff members were horribly rude. A facilities lady was giving us dirty looks, mumbling swear words under her breath about us and others who were waiting for her to finish cleaning the elevator so we could get on. It was SO WEIRD!! No one said anything to her, there were 8 people quietly waiting for her. Saw her the next day watching guests at breakfast & clearly saying disrespectful comments to another staff member. Our housekeeper was even worse!! We requested our room to be cleaned early as we have a 2 year old that naps around noon. She showed up at noon & was visibly mad that we asked her to come back later, which she never did. She serviced our room a few days later but didnt leave towels, kleenex or toilet paper, pretty much the necessities & why we wanted/needed our room serviced. We stayed 11 nights and had it serviced once, so really we were doing them a favor! Fire alarm went off 2 different times and there was no water 3 times. Great hotel but the rudeness was too much! Worse than no water or a 5am fire alarm

  : Layout was good with kitchenette and privacy curtain between living space and beds.
  : The breakfast selections could be better, not much flavor in the little premade omelet. I did appreciate having the option of grabbing a bite before starting the drive back home.

  : The common areas were open and spacious. The breakfast areas (yes, areas) were clean and I never felt crowded while getting our food. I appreciated that they had gluten free muffins.

  : Clean, spacious room. Beds comfortable. Staff eager to please and quite friendly. All areas were immaculate. Breakfast items plentiful but I think eggs were powdered.
  : The pool area lost the sun around 2 in the afternoon and not enough full size lounge chairs. Bed linens did not stay on bed well.

  : Clean and conveniently close to family while home for the holidays. Room was comfortable size for 2 adults, 2 kids, plus a small dog. Will stay again!
  : Breakfast was a mad house every morning. The poor employee responsible for keeping it stocked and clean couldn't get food replenished fast enough. People were waiting in line and then cleaning out the fresh food, piling on their plates.

  : When the shower doesn't even have hot water, you know that it is time to check out.
  : broken hot tub. broken pool. broken shower (no hot water). broken water fountains in lobby. no hot water either at night or next morning in the hot water carafes.

  : The rooms were very contemporary. Very clean and had a homey feel. It was very nice to have a big refrigerator in the room. I would recommend to a friend!
  : I booked this hotel anticipating the jacuzzi to be open- first world problems!
