When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for US$0 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for US$0 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guest must be 21 years of age or older to check-in.

Offsite construction projects near the resort may at times cause intermittent noise.

Please note that Breakfast included is limited to 2 people per room. for free breakfast.

There is a $20 per night resort fee that includes a variety of onsite activities and amenities, including Wi-Fi access, fitness center, in-room safes, boarding pass printing, Activity Center, waterslides and barbecue grills.

Splash Canyon Pools facility is available for use but will remain unheated until further notice due to maintenance.
