Condo with Resort Pool Walk to Golf and Dining!

  : right by the pool, spacious condo
  : the condo was not cleaned, although promised extra cleaning due to covid was done. we found a ball of hair by the toilet, hair on the shower walls and dirty underwear in the drawer. there were a total of 5 TV's in the home, but only 3 worked. the living room tv did not work and property mgmt could not fix it but told us to call their maintenance person. when i told the property mgmt the home was not cleaned, they did not apologize just said something like "sounds like it was a cleanliness issue."

  : We liked the condo itself there was plenty of room to move around in and it had 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. We loved the master bathroom tub and shower and the kitchen was large and there was a fireplace. There were TV's in every bedroom.The condo had a two car garage so that was very good for our rental car to stay in. The swimming pool was up to 5 feet and had a hot tub and the condo was close to stores and gas stations and shopping. Jeremey was a great host and easy to get a hold of and talk to and we got into town earlier then 4pm & he let us check in at 11am.
  : They need to replace the indoor stairway carpeting because it was in pretty bad shape. They didn't have any body wash or lotion or even a hairdryer. I didn't bring my hairdryer because I figured when they said they had all the amenities of a hotel that one would be included. We didn't like the bathroom being a part of the bedroom with no doorway to block out the light if you needed to use the sink while sleeping. The tv didn't have any kind of cable stations so only got local stations. The people who had the condo before left their garbage inside the garage when they were supposed to take it to the local dumpster so it stunk pretty bad and it looked like someone left a jug of urine on top of the garbage can. We notified the manager about it & he wanted us to take it to the dumpster but we refused because we didn't leave the garbage & who knows what was in the cans since there was a jug of urine on top!
