Disappointing

  : It was clean and within walking distance of all of Savannah. Gorgeous square and interesting cemetery nearby to wander about and relax.
  : Freaking nightmare to enter. The entrance is beside the kitchen door to the McDonough bar and a table and chairs are right by the door presumably for use by the kitchen crew. Every time I entered, I had to pardon my way around sitting people. The computer door lock is disgustingly dirty. In this age of COVID-19, we don’t need the germs. The four mornings I stayed there, I took a washcloth with me to scrub the key plate and the bannister every time. There was a huge trash can just inside the entrance with filthy brooms and mops that I had to skirt around coming and going. Again, very disgusting! In addition, the tv never worked during the entire stay. I got the comedy channel only and if I never see South Park again, that’s okay.
