When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs USD 55 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for US$20 per person per stay when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
5.00 USD State Recovery Fee, is not included in the price. Please note a maximum of 2 pets is permitted. Only dogs 27 kilograms or less can be accommodated.

The destination fee includes:

- Welcome reception daily from 5-6pm.
- Daily morning coffee in the lobby
- Usage of bicycles per room for 2 hours daily
- Use of fitness & leisure equipment for Forsyth Park
- 2 bottles of water daily, available from the front desk
