: The location was ideal! The amount for the home was reasonable. The decor inside was beautiful and cozy.
: The box springs on each bed was broken, they were very loud and uncomfortable. The beds sank in as you slept and it felt like a bed of rocks. The shower didnt work in one bathroom. The vent had black mold on it. The front door needs a paint job. It wasnt inviting.

: The toilet system was messed up, after flushing the toilet the water in the shower would rise but this did not happen until the last day.

: The location is great & we love the courtyard. Quiet neighborhood close to Forsyth Park. Off street parking. Attractive furnishings. Very clean. Housekeeper is responsive.
: Apartment is dark even in daylight. Bedssprings in both bedrooms are very noisy. Bedroom #2 has no nightstands or lights, only fan light. Both Closets store broken furniture. Closet #2 half full. Closet #1 completely full could not use. Short of silverware & glasses.

: The Furniture was rundown. 1.The sofa had dips and the bathroom seat in one of the bathrooms was discolored. 2.The entrance gate locks were off centered and could not be Locked.3. The outside patio flower pots were filled with dead flowers. 4. the remote for the television had dead batteries, but were replaced late the next day.5. The kitchen sink leaked.

: The house had 2 outside doors. Only one door had the address above it. Our entry door was the one without the address. It was confusing to know which door to use.. We tried entering the code to the wrong door. Both doors should have an address above them. Example, 209A and 209B.
: We had plumbing issues the whole time. Toilet overflowed.took 2 days to get housekeeping out to clean it up. No hot water either. Took 2 days to get plumber out but never received any hot water the entire time. Southernbell rentals did refund our $ which was the right thing to do.
