: Location was great!
: Beds were horrible. Furniture in living room and mattresses needs replaced. The smell that comes out if the bathroom sinks is awful.

: Don’t know about the other “townhouse” units at Siesta Beach...but OUR week at Unit 317 was EXACTLY what WE needed for a week of Covid Detox by the Gulf.Unit was updated and clean and perfect size for we 68 year olds. But probably would be just as comfy with just 2 more people.
: Unit had Everything EXCEPT Hairdryer!!We get so use to not packing one b/c most hotels stock them!! No big deal as my Wife went Beach Hair Frizzy for the vacation. Only other minor thing...BBQ grill directly behind our unit in back parking lot is on its last legs!!We know how hard it is to maintain those kind of things with turn over in tenants. Other two grills behind units in better shape!Anyway we left unit stocked with a corkscrew and trash bags that were needed!

: The property is very clean and comfortable. We liked that has a private beach which is just 1 block to the townhouse and also the pool is very close too. This was very convenient for us. I recommend a lot this property for your family vacation.
: I didn’t like that laundry is outside the townhouse and if you are going a stay several days you need to go to laundry room.

: Location is excellent and they are very nice and cozy
: Cleaning is average and the mattresses in the second room are old, very hard and uncomfortable. The covers of one of the beds were stained with blood.
