  : Nothing I didn't get what I paid for.
  : On arrival I was told I was moved to another building. I was moved to comfort Inn and Suites which is across the parking lot. Never got notification of this until arrival the reason I was given was the hotel was doing renovations. Not my problem poor run business without communication. I paid for a queen suite with a large bathroom full size fridge and small cook area. The room they moved me to was a standard queen with a very small bathroom with a mini fridge and no cook space. I obviously wanted and needed the accommodations I thought I was paying for. I had a week stay with no room for groceries and no cook space. That was there idea of an upgraded room. Made a complaint and was told the hotel they upgraded me to didn't offer suite rooms like the hotel I made the original reservation for. Also I was charged more upon arrival smh for a downgraded room. Will never stay again at either property. Poor business practices should of given notice when I was making the reservation I would of never made the reservation to stay there had I known ahead of time. Dirty property, dirty room, loud and stained carpets.

  : Your check in people was excellant and very helpful in changing a rm for us to a lower area. we are booked for 24 Christmas and they have our request in for that arrival.

  : Friendly, helpful staff in nice, very clean facility. Easy to get around the property (and beyond) which is convenient to many restaurants and shopping, and had everything we needed. The decor was bright but stark - no warmth whatsoever. Rooms were the same - not warm and inviting and didn't have any comfortable places to sit, but certainly acceptable for a hotel room. Bed was okay on comfort - MANY soft pillows, and clean, clean clean! Breakfast was decent with eggs, waffles, sausage, cereal, toast/muffins/bagels and items like butter, jelly, and cream cheese + yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee and tea, juices, and all food were kept fresh and warm no matter what time of the morning we visited. Guests can go to get coffee, tea or juice anytime of the day or night. There's a kitchenette in the room that is stocked with things someone would need to take food in (groceries? leftovers?) and have easy meals or snacks. There's also a little coffee pot if you don't want to go downstairs for coffee. Large fridge with freezer, a microwave, and hot convection hot plate. Ice right down the hall. We were in Sarasota for a wedding so we had formal clothes, and the "closet" couldn't accommodate long dresses. Nice to have an ironing board and iron to freshen up our clothes.
  : Lack of daily cleaning. Not asking for a daily room overhaul, but staff checking to take away soiled towels - only 1 hook in the bathroom to hang towels so fresh replacements are needed - and ensure there's enough toilet paper without having to ask would be better.

  : The bed was super comfortable. Very clean room and property. I would stay there again. Great value for the rate I had. Staff was friendly.
  : I had a room with a door that connected to the room next to me, it was locked, but I could easily hear the conversation of the guests next door. Breakfast was just ok, but I would rate it was good considering the type of property this is.
