  : The curtains were ripped, we couldn’t find the light to turn off , the one on top of the TV.. Didn’t like the smell of the Carpet ….

  : My room was very clean and comfortable for the most part.
  : What was most uncomfortable was the location of my room. Number 141. I recommend not getting this room if you want to sleep at night! Right outside the door was an entrance/exit door for incoming and outgoing travelers. Also the staircase directly across from door 141. Most of the night the door slammed, which seems to be the only mode possible for this door, and jarred me every time, whether sleeping or awake. And to top that off, this is a lower level room, with a room above. I began to wonder if the room above was a maintenance room. All night there was terrible activity running, jumping dropping on the floor above me, again startling and jarring throughout the night! Yes, Throughout the night and early morning hours! I checked in at approximately 2:30 p.m. in the afternoon and left the building at approximately 6:00 a.m. the next morning. I got about 3 hours sleep in that entire time. When I arrived I was exhausted from traveling. When I left I was more exhausted from not sleeping! I am not a person who complains and so although a staff member was present when I left the building, he was not the person there on check-in, so I chose not to make a complaint. I called the front desk one time to ask assistance about The headboard light strip operation, which I was unable to find a lever or switch for. The staff member that I spoke to was extremely short in their explanation and attempted to meet get me off of the line before I was able to find what I was in need of. I was disgruntled over this as I felt they had left me hanging with little understanding! I will say also, the carpeted floors in The hallways of the building, are quite filthy! I would absolutely recommend cleaning if I were inclined to stay at this location again. However as you've probably gleened from my comments, I will not be staying at this location again!
