WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 6 years old to 17 years old stay for US$25 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 6 years old to 16 years old stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Your total charges include all taxes and a $10 per night historic conservation fee. This fee supports maintaining our unique historic Victorian mansion and the Historic Preservation Commission of Santa Cruz, dedicated to maintaining the many historic buildings throughout the City.

Pets are allowed in this property upon request as long as they do not exceed the weight limit of 40 lbs. Please contact the property in advance. Additional fees may apply.

At check-in, guests must present the same credit card that was used to make the reservation.

Group Bookings not allowed which includes more than 2 separate bookings by same guest or more than 3 rooms booked on single reservation.
