: The dinning room chairs are dirty. There is only one pot, no frying pan. Stove and oven are dirty. Top of fridge is dusty and dirty. Vacasa cups on counter were greasy and sticky. Faucet in shower dripped constantly. We had to go look for a dumpster by the resort as none was found by the condo. Fireplace did not work when we arrived, but it did get fixed the second day of our stay. Thermostat in one bedroom is hidden behind bunk beds and there was no direction as where it is located. Pillows on the couch smelled bad.

: A better indication of the mileage and the fact that there was only 1 bathroom that had to be accessed through a bedroom.

: It was in a beautiful area and very quiet.
: It was dirty. From a bar of used soap in the shower to an inch of dust on the surfaces. There is a substantial cleaning fee that is going somewhere but not quality cleaning.

: Location is close to the ski resort, everything else is a disappointment.
: Beware that the photos of this property are deceiving and the description is inaccurate (at least at the time of our stay): no balcony, ground floor unit with small windows overlooking parking lot. Cleaning was not done properly at the time of our arrival, with old food and dirty pans left from previous guests.Few things you might miss in the photos: the unit has 2 entrances, but both through the bedrooms, which resembles a motel room and is not very convenient. There is 1 bathroom, but the only way to it is through one of the bedrooms, which is also very inconvenient. Master bedroom does not have any windows and the living room has 1 window in the corner, so very little to no natural light in the apartment. When reached to the staff, they were not helpful, agreeing to refund only a small portion for the balcony and part of cleaning by fee. Overall, very disappointed.
