Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : We booked a room with seating area and on Booking.com advised arrival time. Hotel advised that their system is so old that they did not get the notice of our arrival time. Therefore, they did not save us the room we booked. However, I did receive an email advising that they got our delay arrival request. Apparently there's miscommunication somewhere and we got the short end of the stick. We received a 2 bed room however no sitting area and no place to put our luggage for a family of 4. Room was not spacious at all. They apparently gave us whatever was left over which was a room accessible by wheel chair. We did not get what we paid for.

  : Falsely charged for non-existent "concierge lounge" access; noisy room, stained mattress, Cheeto pieces on the carpet from another guest; towels looked leftover from a prior stay; mediocre breakfast buffet; charged for "free" internet (disputed). AWFUL!

  : good location, comfy beds, spacious rooms, great fitness facilities, great buffet breakfast, great housekeeping
  : too expensive on site parking, did not initially honour full number of breakfast vouchers until we complained to Booking.com, lack of extra blankets in room (we had cold nights)

  : Overall experience was great. The hotel is clean with a great location, commute to San Francisco was taking not more than 35 minutes.
  : The room didn't have a microwave oven even though it was stated so on the website.

  : free WiFi not available. One has to sign up to be a member; otherwise, there is a charge per 24hrs. Other establishments of equal value offer their guests WiFi free with no additional obligations. Front desk did not seem to know about special instructions that were communicated to them the day before check-in which caused unnecessary stress.

  : Convenient location near my sister's home. Clean, comfortable room. Excellent fitness center! Breakfast not included, but we enjoyed the hotel restaurant's breakfast.

  : Arrived at the hotel just before midnight after a flight delay, and was told by the hotel staff that they don't have our reservation. Despite showing them all the confirmed hotel booking emails and even credit card statement showing the hotel charge they still refused to provide a room. Waited at the hotel literally for hours for them to review their record (we really wanted to go elsewhere but all other hotels around us were all booked out), and was finally given a room key after 3AM. 3AM!!!!!!! This is a horrible hotel and I would not visit again and recommend everyone to book elsewhere. Their front desk staff are rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.

  : Room was clean and check-in was easy.
  : This room claimed to be a two King bed room with full kitchen. The room did not have a kitchen or even a microwave and only one king bed. Staff was less than pleasant about changing the room to two beds and made the experience unsatisfactory.

  : The concerige were wonderful at this hotel, I had some complications regarding my booking and they went above and beyond to help me resolve it. With the rooms being nice and clean and the restaurant on the first floor serving excellent food, this defintely is one of my new favorite Mariott hotels and I would not hesitate to return to this location if I'm ever in the area again.
  : Due to the hotel not having many floors, the rooms can be quite far from the front desk. While I don't mind a good walk, it's a different story when I'm dragging a heavy suitcase across a carpeted floor. Also, the elevator I had to take to get to my room was very small and cramped, it felt more akin to getting in a dumb elevator.
