  : This was the worst stay ever and I have stayed in hostels. I didn't get what I paid for and they didn't even care about it. I paid for a room with balcony and ocean view well this room didn't even had windows it was awful. The room seemed clean but once
  : My baby started crawling we saw how dirty the room was, her hands, knees and feet were completely dark with all the dirt that was on the floor. It wasn't accesible for babies either so it was pretty hard with the stroller. Such a bad experience!

  : Location was excellent and the apartment was clean and the furniture was reasonably comfortable. It is an apartment in old San Juan which has not been remodeled or updated in some time. Don't expect palatial or pristine, but if you can live with that, this place really hit a sweet spot. The bed is very good. We did not cook, so cannot comment on the kitchen facilities, but it looked like it would serve well. The AC unit keeps the bedroom really nice and cool so we could sleep even in the heatwave. The staff at the hotel down the street which manages the apartment were really helpful.
  : The ceiling fan in the living room did not work. Our visit coincided with a heatwave so that would have been welcome. The AC unit is in the bedroom (wise!) but it meant the front room and kitchen would become very warm when the sun shone on that part of the house. My only other caveat for anyone thinking of renting the apt. is that the toilet in the bathroom has very narrow clearance. I am 6' 2" and if I would have been any taller I am not sure I could have gotten up off the toilet without hitting my head on the wall. It is very tight. My knees were almost touching the wall.

  : only thing is that it's in heart of old San Juan, that's all.
  : pics are deceiving, it says you get a city, ocean, bay view etc, the fact is you don't see anything but the street and homes next to you, I paid extra to have a ocean front view and it didn't, there were no soap, or any other toiletries, very disappointed and not worth the money, yeah maybe if you just need a place to sleep, I would pay $40 a night that's all, unless you provide a view that you promise and charged extra for the view as well, give me a break.
