Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Adults stay for US$10 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the maximum length of stay at this property is 21 days.

Parking policy:
• One standard sized parking space per guest room is included for free.
• Additional vehicles are subject to fees.
• You may be asked to give your car keys to the valet/front desk if the upper lot is full so that we may move cars in the morning.

Parking space size limits:
• Vehicle height: 6 ft., 6 in. (78 in. or 1.98 m)
• Vehicle length: 16 ft., 6 in. (198 in. or 5.03 m)
• We do not accept large vans, pickup trucks, campers, large trailers, or similar vehicles at our on-site lots; they do not qualify for free parking, and a space is not guaranteed.
• Vehicles that exceed the size limits will be referred to our partner off-site facilities, if space is available, and fees will be charged.
