: Very nicely remodeled house close to the beach. All the furnishings and appliances are new and work well. There is plenty of room for 4 people and is very comfortable. The back yard has a very nice outdoor space with a table for 8 and a nice BBQ, and it also has an outdoor heated shower. It has it's own parking space.
: There is no door between master bath and bedroom. The parking space is a bit narrow, but long. My jeep fit fine.

: Great location and comfortable home overall. Just a few blocks from shops, eateries and the beach. Very walkable. Sea breeze was lovely.
: Would have been more comfortable with AC or even skylight shades to keep the house cool. A few minor items need repair: kitchen faucet & freezer handle need to be tightened. Master bath sink is clogging and doesn't drain well. Also need more towels and TP for longer stays.

: I liked how close the property was to the beach. I also like the modern style to it.
: This place was infested with ants. The comforter in the master bedroom was not washed. The drain had chunks of hair in the master bathroom.
