WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 15 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.

A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The guest must present the same credit card as the one used to make the reservation at check-in time. The property does not accept gift cards.

All guest rooms at the property are non-smoking. If you decide to smoke in your room, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee to your account. Smoke-friendly patios are accessible in 2 convenient areas of the property.

Extra beds are only allowed in rooms with a king size bed.

FIRST NIGHT ADVANCED DEPOSITS: The cost of the first night’s room rate and tax will be charged at the time of booking to the credit or debit card on this reservation as a deposit. Upon arrival, you must present a credit or debit card to be authorized for the remaining balance of your stay. A cancellation is required 72 hours before noon time (PST) PRIOR to your expected date of arrival in order to qualify for a full refund of the advanced deposit.

PRE-PAID/NONREFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS: At time of booking, the total amount for the discounted room rate and tax will be charged to the credit or debit card on this reservation for the entire length of stay. Due to the discounted rate for this reservation, no refund will be issued for any cancellation or failure to stay.

If you have a Refundable Reservation and need to cancel without incurring hotel penalties, remember that you need to complete your hotel cancellation before noon time (PST) 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made after the deadline will be charged the hotel penalty to change or cancel, regardless of when you booked the reservation. Please note that non-refundable reservations cannot be changed or modified; check your reservation details, before making a change.
