  : I arrived between 12:30 am and 1:30 am. The young lady at the front desk told me to book online and at 3:00 am I will be allowed to check in for that stay and to literally be allowed to stay until check out for the following day. Basically, it would have given me a full stay on the property as well as a bed to sleep in the early am of my arrival. I told her thank you. Sat in your lobby and made the phone call. I told the rep the same thing. He confirmed her information was correct. He called her to confirm while I was on hold. I told her I would wait in my car until then. She obviously told him something different!! I checked in. I noticed around breakfast time that I was lied to about the check in and check out. I literally called the call center from the lobby, at her suggestion! She could have taken my money and did the exact transaction if that was the case. That was disrespectful! wrong! and demeaning to me! After breakfast I learned I had to check out with nowhere else to go and no money to pay for another nights stay that they tried to upsell me on. Of course, she was gone!!! This was extremely traumatic to me.
