  : would be nice to know in advance how to work the building door step by step rather than just a code. the air conditioner/heater was difficulty to use.

  : The studio unit was a great fit, energy efficient, and great for dogs. And when we needed to extend our trip, they were very accommodating and quick responding.
  : The heating/fan unit is a bit noisy when kicked on but could easily turn it off.

  : I cant say I liked it.
  : The biggest problem was there was no bathroom sink. If you want to wash your face or shave, you have to do it in kitchen sink. After restroom I had to wash my hands in kitchrn sink which was the only sink. That is disgusting. When I messaged the host, she said Yea I have to do so. The bed sheet was disgusting with dog and human hair with human residue. When I sent the pictures to the host, she basically said it was bleach which was funny coz the sheet waa blue and she was behaving me as if I was born yesterday. I had to use my own sheet. Lack of restroom sink and not clean bed were the game changing part. People expect a clean bed where they can sleep in peace omce they are charged with cleaning fee and daily service fee I dont know what that was for. I dont recommend this place.

  : Everything else was fantastic. All of it. We had such an exciting and yet relaxing time there, so much that we want to come back sometime even though it was a little on the pricey side.
  : The filter on the ac was dirty and we needed to clean it ourselves as we could smell the previous pets. I had to use my pluming knolledge to reset the garbage disposable to get it working again as it wasn't working when we got there but it was an easy fix, unless you didn't have the knolledge I had.

  : Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed. Place was clean.
  : No sink in the bathroom. Was weird using a kitchen sink for brushing teeth, etc.

  : Based on the photos, I assumed it was closer to the area parks - I didn't realize it was in a neighborhood without green space.
