  : It was gorgeous property, clean and super quiet which we loved. Super close to everything we needed and wanted, 8 minutes from our favorite beach access! We will definitely be back!
  : Had some issues with the TV in the master bedroom, too many remotes. Wasn't a big issue but my husband likes to watch TV before he goes to sleep so he wasn't happy about that. The bathtub wasn't very clean and there was a bunch of hair stuck on the chain in the drain.

  : Our unit was very nicely decorated. The units are surprisingly quiet especially considering the amount of people and pets staying there.
  : We were in room E13. The twin bed mattresses need to be replaced. There is a big dip in one, very uncomfortable.

  : Refund was giving for cleaning fee. Pools were close and clean. Location was close to everything we needed.

  : The towels and washcloths could've been updated to softer ones. They were hard. The floor needs to be replaced in hallway.Need cereal spoons

  : Promt with fixing a major issue. Close to all the shops and the pier.
  : There was dog hair all on the floors, and one of the beds was broken. They came and brought a new bed the next day.

  : The amenities were nice, clean and comfortable however there were no instructions on how to open the lock box which took awhile and the air conditioning was messed up and did not work for from Saturday night until we left on Monday. We arrived on Friday and the unit was too cold. Tried to change the settings and there were no instructions as to how use the very unusual thermostat. It was not a normal digital thermostat. Instructions would have been very helpful! There was a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen but I've only used a Keurig in the office and this did not work the same. It would have been very helpful to provide instructions. There was a coffee press but again no instructions. While the overall unit was very nice, not knowing how to use certain items was really annoying. We would have contacted someone for help if possible however we were on a short trip to SSI and didn't want to spend time in our unit waiting for someone to fix these things. The air conditioning was the biggest problem by far

  : Could have provided more local information. Also, would be nice to provide coffee, tea, etc. for guests. There was only soap in the bathrooms, no shampoo/conditioner.
