: No elevator the first night. No Internet internet in your room no pool no microwave. Parking was in the horseshoe parking lot not in the hotel but nobody told you this. Cleaning staff were Hillary f at each other across the atrium staff was not very helpful at all the sheets were not fitted so they kept coming out it was a lot of money for very little the table was greasy and not clean the tv remote was sticky to the touch
: The waterfall in the atrium was very nice the room was large

: Some of the guests were very loud in the common areas later at night. We didn’t feel save going out after dark and the area surrounding the hotel was very run down.

: The staff was rude. Refused to accept cash for the deposit. Had to find an ATM for my bank at 1030 pm downtown Dt Louus (not safe) to deposit enough to cover deposit. Room had already been paid for by card so needed to put more money in account. The $100 deposit was not mentioned in bookings. Tgen told itvwill only be refunded partially because that is where they take the $23 casino fee out. The room was advertised at $104.00 total cost that night was $255.00I almost dudnt book the room when I read the small print about the casino fee and $21.00 taxes not included in price.I thought it is late. Im tired it is across the street and part of the Horseshoe Casino.I will not stay in any of their hotels again..the fact I was refused to be able to leave cash deposit was unheard of tgen was told that I used a 3rd party but they billed the deposit separately. Taking note it was a non refundable room I found ATM made deposit on my card. I believe if they arent made to put full discloure On their add They should be able to give such a misleading description of the real cost of the room
