: The location was in a very bad area. We left early because the fire alarm went off in the building. We had to get another hotel for our last night stay.

: Good location. Right downtown, can walk to the Arch
: There were several issues with this property.1. The reservation stated "free parking on site", but I was told to park 2 blocks down the street in a parking garage 2, I was led to believe that there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but found out they are in the basement to be used by everyone3. I was told that there was security to access the building, but always found the front door to building unlocked4. Upon my arrival, I was given no instructions as to how to get into building or where to park. Had to call them.5. Building has a lot of tenants renting there that play loud music, loud talking in hall and dogs barking, plus this unit overlooks parking lot which has a lot of noise6. There were no drapes on the window, only vertical blinds, so there were bright lights from the parking lot coming in at night which made it hard to sleep.7. The TV has a Wi-Fi connection which dropped the connection frequently. Only offered streaming programming. No local or network shows. To access most everything required a code or password to be entered. Very frustrating.8. Sofa was very low to floor uncomfortable and dirty.9. Tiny bathroom10. One day I came back to the unit and found a letter from a property manager to the owner that the rent was overdue and threatened eviction.I complained several times, interrupting my vacation, but all I got was apologies. Communication is very poor.

: It's walking distance from the arch. The room had a really everything we needed for extended stay.
: The rooftop wasn't accessible from the building we stayed at. Apparently that access is at another building. Maybe they on that one too. Wasn't sure about that. Also the furniture is pretty fragile. I don't want to stay cheap but maybe that's the word.
