  : It is a very basic motel room, but clean and comfortable.

  : It was clean and I could sleep there, The staff was nice and right off the freeway and drove a couple blocks for a nice view.
  : The carpet was sticky, the air-conditioner made lots of noise, no free wifi(didn't extend to our area), toilet paper was in an awkward spot to get to when needed and the bathroom needed an update.

  : Clean. Well kept up property. Walking distance to waterfront. Bakery/Cafe next door is very good.
  : Rooms seem small. Listing says room with balcony which I erroneously thought private balcony. Its basically the walkway outside to get to the rooms. There are 2 chairs outside each room which may be nice in warmer weather. View of lake is what one can see above the trees. Check-in person was not engaging or welcoming but got the job done.

  : A lot!1. Room given was not the one I booked on booking.com. There was NO balcony & NO lake view! 2. Almost everything (except TV, coat of white paint) looked like the original from 1970s or 1980s. (eg, yellow dingy light switch plates, old wood furniture, old AC/heat units).3. The lady checking me in had an earpiece in her ear and was having a conversation with somebody else while she was checking me in. Terrible customer service.4. When I told her the room we were given is not the room I booked on booking.com, she said she did not have deluxe Queen rooms with balconies and Lake views.5. There were many other much better options for same or similar price in the area, and we discovered..6. After check-in and given a sub standard room, I also discovered the price of our room was no available for $60 cheaper than than I paid for it I'm booking.com. and I'm genius level 3 I'm booking.com!So... On our 5-day trip before hotels we stayed in, this one was by far the worst for the reasons described above. I won't be staying there again.

  : The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We were on motorcycles when we arrived, and wanted to walk to a place for dinner. They helped us find something and even called to make sure the place could take us. Also, the breakfast place next door was excellent.
  : For the money, the place was just what we expected. It was clean and fairly comfortable, but honestly it did show it's age.
