  : It was older. The rooms was small but clean.
  : We checked in at 7:40 pm. Me and my significant other were kicked out by the police at 1:30 am. We were watching tv and having some wine and talking. First a lady from the front desk came up and knocked on the door and told my other half that she was getting complaints that were talking to loud. Then we started to lay down and the police came knocking and told us that we had to go. No money back no nothing. Will never stay here again and I am reporting this. I want my money back.

  : I like the character of this little hotel. Historical building, nice decor and location is good too.

  : Hotel is historic and quaint. Location is right in downtown St Cloud so easy to walk to shops and get food. Hotel staff very friendly.
  : Could use a bit of repair in shower for the room I stayed in.

  : The conveince to all the places downtown. The staff is very nice
  : The bed was so uncomfortable and the ceiling fan seem it was going to fall off needs to be fixed

  : It's a nice place to stay when visiting the St. Cloud area. It's a walkable spot to many places to eat, the lake and bars. I've stayed here a number of times and will book again.

  : THE NIGHT I STAYED THERE WAS SOME TYPE OF FLEA MARKET AND NUMEROUS STREETS WERE BLOCKED OFF INCLUDING THE ONE IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL MAKING PARKING VERY DIFFICULT.BED NOT COMFORTABLE AND THE ROUND FRONT TOILET WAS TO SMALL.

  : Looked forward to staying in an old hotel for our anniversary--was very disappointed ! We liked the old look of the room, warm and inviting, until we unpacked and it all went down hill from there.
  : Went to take a shower no knob on the tub to turn the water on - thinking ok for 2 nights can wash at the sink,, - no hot water. Toilet roll holder was in the back of the toilet and not easy to reach, banged my elbow on the sink every time I went for some --finally took the roll off the wall and sat it on the edge of the tub. The window A/C was so noisy could not hear the tv so we decied to pull the chain on the fan above our bed. The chain was way too shor to adjust the the fan --had to pull over the desk chair with rollers -- so I anchored myself against it for my husband toget up on it and adjust the fan. Very dangerous!!. Elevator was broken had to get the fire department back 2 times, so that left me walking up and down the steps, bad hip so that was miserable. This was a vacation from Hell, being married 62 yr we expected to love the place --that was far from being true, a lot more things that were wrong wtih the room, only touched on a few that has been the biggest of problems being there. Sorry for the inconvenience !!
