: property was good aged but clean hot water last about three minutes. but otherwise good
: No tv reception hot water very minimal and unit is aged. but was a cozy place to stay. will go with a different management company next time

: The trail system nearby
: -A/C unit did not work. Fan did work but was extremely noisy.-Some light fixtures did not work. Ceiling fan was too noisy. -Door to balcony did not have a screen. We had to rig the broken screen in place to keep door open all night and keep the mosquitos out. -Bathroom rug smelled heavily of dog urine. -Just way too expensive for the quality.

: The price was exorbitant and the listing was deceptive ($115 cleaning fee was hidden among tiny print at the middle of the page under a heading "Your 2 Night Stay" which was misleading as we were only staying one night); $337 for one night in a very small, dark apartment with broken stairs. It was hard to find; if we had arrived after dark, it would have been much worse. The facility is not well marked, and we drove around several times and asked a resident for help before we found the room. Stairs nearest our room were broken and blocked off, so we had to walk to the other end of the facility and use the stairs there. I was inundated with more than 20 emails over a two-day span. I couldn't keep up with the emails because I was driving at the time. I still can't tell you what all the emails were for... Tiresome.

: I didn't like that the room didn't have any air conditioner, it was very hot and very uncomfortable. Wasn't able to view HBO on TV like it said it had. We spent most of our time in Central town because the room was too hot to be in. Not satisfied at all!!
