  : 1) carpet in master bedroom was wet from leak in wall or floor. mildew smell.2) ants in kitchen on stove and countertops and in bed in master bedroom 3) carpet/rugs very dirty4) kitchen faucet very loose5) outside grill had all knobs broken6) hall bathroom had rusty tub. 7) had no DVD player the first night. Just not happy with the stay. Especially for the price we paid.

  : I was disappointed in the overall look of the cabin fir the price. It was old,nothing was updated. No dishwasher, c old pans, couldn't find tongs...just was not what I expected for the price. Will not stay there again.

  : The location but I picked the location and the staff at CONDOTEL
  : We rented this specific cabin for the got tub - when we arrived the hot tub was not in working condition - the refrigerator and freezer did not work we had to throw away all of our groceries our ice melted all over and leaked out of the freezer onto the floor the tub to shower in were dirty - we had to find the local office and talk to the Amazing staff and CONDOTEL to get all this fixed.I will never book again thru booking.com The hot tub advertised on the website is false advertisement and for the price it was not worth it at all --- we were very very disappointed with what we paid for.

  : The cabin was roomy and comfortable. The hot tub was clean and in good working order. We had 6 people and other than having to walk through the bunk room to get to the master, it was nicely arranged. Plenty of room for family game nights and meals. The property was clean and in working order. CustomerService from Condotel was adequate and we had a pleasant experience.
  : Kudos to the photographer. You have no idea looking at the photos that you’re right on a busy road and hear traffic all day long. Some pocket doors didn’t work properly. If you got them shut it was very difficult to open. I considered this to be a fire hazard. The bottom bunk was missing slats and collapsed when first used. The top bunk was so close to the ceiling fan that it could not be used. There were no pot holders. At the time of booking, it was advertised to have a working wood burning fireplace. *The fireplace wasn’t in working order. Our gas grill didn’t work. **Condotel was very apologetic and refunded some money due to the fireplace issue. Maintenance came out and gave us a second gas grill from another cabin. It got the job done.

  : We always check the beds before we unload our car! We had a few worms or some sort of worm in one of the beds! Hot tub was broke! No TVs in the rooms just living room! There was a lot of traffic! It had a lot of ants around the tv in the living room! Had to have an exterminator come out!

  : Very cold weather and the fire place was not operational.
