  : Breakfast was subpar. Very little amenities. Beds were not comfortable. Bathroom was not cleaned very well.

  : Breakfast was excellent. Just the right amount of food and variety. Good healthy options appreciated. Lots of space and tables for all guests. The laundry! The hidden gem for travellers and not even noted on your facilities list, but pointed out by your reception staff. No charge for parking was areal benefit.
  : Not so much a dislike but now we see it as a quirky event. On Monday 22 April an unusual water noise in our bathroom turned out to be water cascading from our light fittings! Fortunately we were in our room during this event and could report it immediately. Your engineer and manager attended to the problem immediately which came from an overflow in the room immediately above. They went to the room in question and attended to the leak or overflow. On reflection I don’t think it was an overflowing shower or bath but a faulty drain fitting which may need fixing by entry from our room and below (room 416) rather than removal of the next floor bath. Much more disruptive. Otherwise our stay was excellent and your staff perfect in their dealings with us.Also we were allocated a disabled room and neither of us are disabled! The shower fitting in room 416 is too low even for a disabled person too.

  : I thought is was a very nice place. Very clean. The neighborhood is easy to get around.
  : The beds were fine, just fine. The hotel rooms are a bit loud, but it was the NFL draft weekend. That was the only thing that made me want to pack and get out of there on Saturday when I left.

  : The Staff was so kind and polite. We had to wait a while to check in because our room needed to be cleaned. The hosting team was so apologetic and did everything they could to make sure our young kids were content and comfortable.
  : The parking situation was a little confusing at first as you have to drive around to the back of the building to park, walk back around to check in then unload luggage from the back of the building where you're parked.
