  : Nothing. I never stayed there. It was supposed to be cancelled as I asked for my fees to be waved. Still haven't heard anything back about it.
  : Never stated but what I don't like is asking for assistance since I never even made it to your facility. I don't think it's too much to ask for a response. That's much quicker.

  : Can’t think of a positive. We had to leave and get a refund for the second night.
  : The rooms were horrible. The first room I checked into the lights didn’t work and the bathroom sink would not turn off. That hallway was supposed to be a non-smoking area but the smell of marijuana filled the hall. We were offered a different “upgraded” room but there was dirty towels on the floor and the bed wasn’t fully made. We were there for maybe 20 minutes and they would not allow for a refund of the first night and I had to fight for a month with them, even being hung up on, to finally get a refund for the last night.

  : Nothing, rm didn't have microwave and fridge after being requested. Manag event is violating the rights of its guess by providing the local authorities privileged information on its guest leading to harassment of the guest on hotel property.

  : The area. Lot of shopping options. Close to the interstate.
  : The hotel's affiliation with the local police. As a matter of fact, I plan to sue them for letting them in my room. My stuff was gone once I went to the hotel to gather my belongings.
