  : Paid for room, front desk gave me keys to occupied rooms twice. Then I waited for about 45 minutes to get keys to two occupied rooms simply to return both times to have him helping other customers. I got frustrated and told him I want to refund. He said it would be a minute and he would do it. I gave him my keys and did not stay there and still got charged overcharged honestly he kept giving me different rooms saying he only had these in charge me more and then he never refunded me. Not to mention it was my wife’s birthday and my kids were waiting with To Go food getting cold the whole time really infuriating.
  : I intruded on two different hotel guests rooms given keys to occupy rooms got overcharged, not refunded. My food got cold. It was my wife’s birthday and I did not stay there after the second key card. I gave them back and left. I need a refund in full and I should send you an invoice for the time wasted.

  : The staff was friendly and care about the guests. The lobby was bright and shiny and the breakfast set up was very nice. Fresh cooked waffles,fresh donuts,cereal,coffee and milk, juice and a toaster.
  : Could have been a little cleaner and the room had some remodeling that was not quite finished.

  : First off the front desk clerk appearance was pretty dirty and not very professional, When checking me in she gave me a key to a room that she had already checked someone else into and wax probably already asleep since it was after 9. There was a homeless man hanging out in the front when we arrived and came in to get coffee while I was checking in. When i went to park by my room there was a lady passed out in the van with duck tape Windows so I moved to the center of the parking lot, the room above me had the door open and the music pretty loud. I entered my room and it had a dirty smell. The couch that was supposed to be a sleeping sofa was a broken down loveseat. There were peanuts along the wall, dirt and paint chips in the shower. Hair on the sink. 1 towel in the whole place. I went back to ask for a new room or a refund and the clerk was nowhere to be found. I brought in my blankets for my son to sleeping on on the couch. Because it was not ok for him to sleep on with out it. I was up most of the night watching the door and my car in the parking lot. Next morning went to get breakfast huge joke. Waffle machine was out of order, 3 bagels in the case nothing to put on them. A toaster with 2 slices of bread yet again nothing to put on it. Nothing to drink. Not exactly a continental or grab and go breakfast. The guy at the desk had a friend sitting in the lobby with him, I asked for towels and he seemed irritated that I would need them. I explained that we don’t really want all 3 of us to share 1 towel. He says only 1 ??? I will have to go get you some from the maid room, let me count my tdraeer then I will. He then brought them to me. We will never stay here and would not recommend anyone that is not there to party or do drugs or have a hooker stay there! This place is ridiculous.
