  : The location and the shuttle make it convenient for a stay.
  : The beds we had was not comfortable. It appeared we got a special needs room and the bed was low and sagging in the center.

  : We got up too early to enjoy breakfast, however it was lovely to be able to have some fresh brew coffee in the lobby area before we took the shuttle to the airport at 4:30am!
  : Staff could have been more helpful and friendly. Maybe they were having a bad day, but I was shocked at the front desk service and their impatience and lack of politeness throughout our stay. We are the types of people who say hello to service providers, we also say thank you, hope your day is going well… to not have any response was weird. We also had a rough check-in experience where the front desk blamed me for not having a booking and wouldn't process me even though my paperwork and pre-payment slip was right in front of them. It eventually got resolved, but never have I ever experienced a rude check-in experience like this before.
