  : Great for the price. Had a lovely window view out to the bush with a waterfall running through it. Clean, spacious room that had a beachy feel to it. Would stay again next time I am in area.
  : Stairs up to the apartment did not have winter grip on them so while it was snowing, lugging my suitcase up the stairs was a bit tricky as it was incredibly slippery. Would benefit putting grip on the staircase.

  : The location is nice, room was spacious, the price was great for a mid winter hotel in the Camden area.With no staff on property when we arrived(usual for a mid winter hotel on the coast), the room key was easily accessible with directions to our room.
  : The people next to us, were smoking marijuana around 11pm, and then around midnight they were smoking cigarettes. I understand it's not illegal in Maine to smoke up but its hard to sleep through for a non smoker. The smell came through the walls and it was did make it very hard to sleep. The dog barking right outside our door at midnight did not help, the owner did stop the dog, but it woke my wife up. I am sure this is not how it is during the summer, but in the winter with probably no staff on property, it wasnt the worst experience. But our neighbors could have been better.

  : Picked for the location, wanted to be near Rockland for an event. Room and bathroom seemed recently painted/updated. We had the essentials. $97 a night.
  : Pillowcases didn’t smell clean; bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke(nonsmoking room). Oddly no trash cans -no cups of any kind-no coffee maker/keurig or anything available in the office. Never saw a single employee, our key was taped to the locked office door when we arrived at 3:30pm-office still locked when we checked out next day.

  : The breakfast had a decent variety and the lady was very friendly. We decided to stay another day and they were very accommodating.
  : A little bit of noise from the traffic outside. Hard to get in contact with the manager. I tried to call and only received a recorded message.

  : Location between Camden and Rockland was the only redeemable feature of the property.
  : It was GROSS, obviously not cleaned between guests. Dead cockroaches, live cockroaches, hair, dog food were just some of things left on floor. Door had signs of forced entry and someone walked into room while I was in bed. No wifi or convenient outlets, one bar or soap for sink and bath, with a wet floor due to toilet leak. The headboard had protruding screw heads just above the pillow. Add to this, some guest are permanent residents, with police called because of domestic disturbance. They also used the roof as a cloths line...GO ELSEWHERE !
