  : The house is very cute, spacious for 2-4 people (might be crowded for 6), well lit, and in a great location.
  : The thermostat was unreliable, resulting in some very cold mornings and afternoons. I had to frequently fiddle with it to get the heat to turn on. For the cost of the rental unit, replacing the thermostat with a more reliable or functional one seems like a very minor cost for a very comfortable experience. The unit was not cleaned well - there were pine needles all over the floors, it was dusty, and there was some trash in one of the bedrooms. I did a quick clean after arriving just to be sure. The eating surfaces, kitchen, and bathroom had been cleaned though, so that was a relief, and it appeared to be just the floor that had been ignored. The refrigerator seems to be improperly installed or leveled, as the fridge door would slam closed due to the severe angle/lean of the unit. If you didn't watch what you were doing, it would slam closed, and often things on the door would get knocked loose. It was difficult to put groceries away, or get things out as you'd have to fight against the door.
