  : This motel has been bought by a younger couple in the last few years. They are slowly updating. Rooms were cleaner than I expected and bathroom, although small was updated. Good offshore location.
  : Some reviews show a pool. That pool is not operational.

  : Room was clean and pleasant looking. Bathroom was updated and modern looking.
  : I stated in my reservation that I would arrive between 8 and 9pm. When I arrived a little past 8pm the lobby door was open but no one was behind the desk. I knocked on the glass but no one came. I stepped outside and called the motel. The owner answered and told me he would check me in. When I tried going back in the door was locked and the owner had to unlock electronically. He asked for my id and then put it below out of my view somewhere. I was hoping he wasn't scanning or copying in some way. He had me sign a waiver that motel is not responsible for any harm to me while staying there which made me feel uncomfortable. The very small shower had a shower head with a too strong flow of water and the flow could not be reduced. The shower head also sprayed at a high angle and could not be lowered. Small refrigerator door was hard to open due to stickiness of the rubber seal which apparently needs cleaning.
